"Vinyasa flow"


We sometimes speak of "vinyasa flow" because the fluid, rhythmic and athletic sequence of poses, thanks to breathing, often takes the form of a dance. It is intended for people who want a complete and dynamic body training but who do not appreciate the repetitive nature of Ashtanga yoga. Vinyasa yoga allows internal cleansing. By practicing this dynamic yoga, we sweat. This perspiration eliminates toxins and gets rid of impurities.

Its benefits?


For the body: strength, endurance, flexibility, muscle building, balance, sculpting and toning of the figure.

And for the mind: stress management, calming of the mind and emotional state, mastery of concentration.

The ideal is to let your breathing guide the movement, so that it becomes the engine. The sequence of postures then becomes fluid, like a choreography.
